End of Summer Wrap Up

I'm sitting here thinking, How is it almost September? I mean really, where did the Summer go? Since we moved here in April, life has been a seemingly non-stop roller coaster ride. We've been on vacation, had a few small trips, I spent most of May in Texas, we've had family and friends visiting, Keith has been traveling for work, and all the while we've been trying to get our house set up. It's been pretty crazy!

Looking back now, I'm realizing there is so much that I didn't even take pictures of. It's been a wonderful summer, and it was so nice to go back home and catch up with friends and family. It has also been a pleasure to host all of our friends and family who have come to visit. It has made the transition so much easier by having a little bit of home here with us. And if you haven't come to visit yet, our home is always open!

We are loving it here in Virginia. We've been trying to get out and explore the area as much as possible, but there is still so much left to see and do! I think it will take quite some time to see everything, but we're in no hurry, and are looking forward to all of the adventures to come! Right now, let's take a look back at all the things we did this summer. What have you been up to?
