I feel like I'm playing catch up these days! I'm trying to enjoy October and savor this spooktacular holiday month, but it seems to be just flying by! Or maybe it's just me? Either way, I'm trying to down shift a bit and get in the spirit!
I finally got my Halloween gallery wall together in the dining room, and I am so happy to share it with you! It was so easy and turned out so great (if I do say so myself)! I made a few printables that I am sharing with you, pulled some eerie portraits from the Graphics Fairy site to create this haunting collection. It's so simple and inexpensive, you won't even believe it!
If you've been following me for a while, you may remember my the faux taxidermy heads I made last year. I had to include them again this year, because I love them and they are so cute and creepy! I made the bats last year by cutting them out of stiff felt I picked up at the craft store. You could use black paper, or maybe even find some pre-made ones to make it even easier! I decided to use them again this year, and simply taped them up by folding packing tape back on itself and sticking it to the back of the bats. Things don't always have to be terribly complicated or expensive. I purchased all of the frames for my pictures at the Dollar Tree, so my overall investment for this was minimal. I love sharing affordable ways to decorate for the holidays! Follow my link to make the faux taxidery pets, cut out some bats, download the printables, put them all together, and you've got this fabulously frightening gallery wall for less than $25!
